4. AI and Conversation Data
Conversations handled by our AI assistant are processed to generate responses and may be stored to improve model quality. We apply anonymisation techniques before using conversation data for training purposes.
Merchants can review conversation histories in their dashboard. Consumers can request deletion of their conversation data by contacting us.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with:
- Service providers — Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and similar infrastructure partners bound by data processing agreements.
- Connected platforms — when you connect Instagram, WhatsApp, etc., data flows according to those platforms' own privacy policies.
- Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
7. Consumer-Facing Business Profiles
Information that merchants choose to publish on their public profile (business name, description, photos, videos, location, contact details, social media links) is visible to all users of the consumer directory. Merchants control what appears on their public profile.
8. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Conversation data is retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to certain types of processing.
- Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

10. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided information, we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
